#MindanaoHelpsManila – How Mindanao Can Help

Mindanaoans …it is our turn to help. Now it is time for Mindanao to give back. #MindanaoHelpsManila 

Manila, and the rest of the Filipinos around the country helped Mindanao in our campaigns for Typhoon Sendong through HelpCDO and One For Iligan.

Most Needed Items:

  • Relief goods such as rice, canned goods, ready to eat meals, noodles, water.
  • The flood victims will also need blankets, clothes, boots , cleaning materials, flashlights, batteries, cooking equipment.

Here are a few ways for Mindanaoans to send help to Manila flood victims:

#MaringPH Campaign (updated August 21, 2013)

For those in Cagayan de Oro City and near by provinces and want to send help for Typhoon Maring victims in Luzon, please feel free to drop off your donations at

Red Cross office (Capitol) – please look for Jenny de Leon, Jimmy Macababat or Dr. Myra Yee. A receipt will be issued for cash donations. You can also donate canned goods and clothes.

Text RED<space>AMOUNT and send to 2899 (Globe) or 4143 (Smart).

Amounts:

Globe – 5, 25, 100, 300, 500 or 1,000
Smart – 10, 25, 50, 100, 300, 500 or 1,000

All Ayala Malls (including those in Mindanao) are now accepting donations, in cash or kind, for Typhoon Maring victims.

Donations may be dropped off at any of our concierge booths. Cash donations may also be deposited directly to BPI Savings Account 0031068495 under Ayala Land Inc.

Donate Online through the Red Cross Website
Donate via SMS: Just text RED<space>AMOUNT to 2899 (Globe) or 4143 (Smart)
You can donate the following denominations:
Globe: 5, 25, 100, 300, 500 or 1000
Smart: 10, 25, 50, 100, 300, 500 or 1000

You can drop off your in kind donations to the nearest LBC Express outlet in your area. They will send the donations to Manila for FREE. LBC Foundation will forward the donations to Red Cross.

If your in Luzon, help spread useful information via social networking websites (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc).
