by VICMADZ • 7 August, 2012 • CDO News • 0 Comments
Mindanaoans …it is our turn to help. Now it is time for Mindanao to give back. #MindanaoHelpsManila
Manila, and the rest of the Filipinos around the country helped Mindanao in our campaigns for Typhoon Sendong through HelpCDO and One For Iligan.
Most Needed Items:
- Relief goods such as rice, canned goods, ready to eat meals, noodles, water.
- The flood victims will also need blankets, clothes, boots , cleaning materials, flashlights, batteries, cooking equipment.
Here are a few ways for Mindanaoans to send help to Manila flood victims:
- Get in touch with NGOs, peoples organizations and civic groups in Mindanao that are collating donations to be sent to Manila. You may also want to course your donations via malls.
- You can also get in touch with local blogger groups. Get in touch with the Bukidnon Bloggers and Social Media Club, Cagayan de Oro Bloggers, Cebu Bloggers Society, Iligan Bloggers Society etc. You can also tweet @mindanaoan, @WOWCDO.
