Where to Eat Suman and Sikwate at Centrio Mall?
Bulad, Suka, Sili, Sikwate... Sikwate. This famous bisrock song popularized by Junior Kilat is a great reflection of the Visayas-Mindanao food culture. Sikwate is not anymore new to me. Growing up, this hot choco is a common breakfast drink during the weekends. You may have also seen your grannies picked those cacaos from the backyard, lay them to the sun for 5 days and turn them to tableas. By the way, Tablea is the spanish translation of the word tablet.
Early this year during the rainy season, WOWCDO.com was hunting for a Hot Choco to drink and after roaming around Centrio Mall for an hour, we finally found a place to drink Sikwate.
