Vivien Aguilar handed down the Balikbayan Box at DSWD Region X in Cagayan de Oro City.
WOWCDO was there not just to witness the event, but we also noted the processes you need to go through in donating to DSWD plus tips.
1. It is best to call them via landline to confirm the process and if you have questions they can directly answer them.

2. Drop your box at the DSWD Office. Their friendly social workers and staffs are there to receive the donation.
3. Fill out the log book for their received donations.
4. Sign the certificate of donation.
