Rescue CDO, a rescue group in Cagayan de Oro launches their twitter helpline with the twitter handle @RescueCDO. It is CDO's online help channel through social media in getting assistance during emergencies, disasters, and calamities. The concept is if you need help, you may use the hashtag #RescueCDO and they will channel the request to the authorities.
