About the Film:
Boses, produced for Cinemalayaby Erasto Films in 2008 tells a “poignant tale of a gifted boy made mute by unbearable experiences and his emotionally-damaged violinist-mentor as they find their voice through the redemptive and healing powers of music and friendship.” The film stars renowned violinist Coke Bolipata and his prodigy Julian Duque together with Ricky Davao, Cherry Pie Picache, and Meryll Soriano. Highly recommended by the Department of Education and the Commission on Higher Education,it is considered a powerful tool for promoting child protection.
