The much-awaited battle of beauty and brains in Cagayan de Oro is back - Miss CdeO 2016. Miss Cagayan de Oro 2016 is the home of CDO's ambassadress to the world. The 2016 pageant is organized by JCI Bai Lawanen with the help of the City Tourism Council and the Local Government of Cagayan de Oro. This month the organizers have unveiled the magic 12 candidates that will compete for the title of Miss Cagayan de Oro 2016.
