It's officially open! The much awaited supermarket uptown Cagayan de Oro is ready to serve over 10 thousand people in the Pueblo area. We were able to cover the highlights of the grand opening. Early customers were given a prize and freebies. Camella Communities started the day with a short motorcade and ribbon cutting. The first day event continued with a Dog show, car show, drawing contest, The Voice - Camella Edition, live band with CDO's TV and radio personality Bernie Bitok2x and ended with a fireworks display. Rescue CDO, a rescue group in Cagayan de Oro launches their twitter helpline with the twitter handle @RescueCDO. It is CDO's online help channel through social media in getting assistance during emergencies, disasters, and calamities. The concept is if you need help, you may use the hashtag #RescueCDO and they will channel the request to the authorities.
